Similar to traditional consulting, we work closely with clients to determine your diversity, equity, mindfulness, and inclusion needs and offer recommendations, implementations, and coaching around targeted solutions. However, organizational advocacy holds one central value that drives all of our recommendations and client experiences, “No one is free until we are all free.” Organizational advocacy works for the people and we encourage our clients to hold that value as well.
