Professional Development Workshops.

Our education doesn’t have to stop when we leave school. As employees for our business and citizens of our world, we owe it to ourselves and others to engage in critical learning that leaves us with skills to foster stronger feelings of belonging for any group we are in. We are proud to offer workshops that include Infusing DEI into Creative Spaces, Mindfulness and Management for Leaders, and Unpacking the Impact of White Supremacy on BIPOC folk and Allies. Additionally, we can create customized workshops designed specifically for your team’s unique needs.

Leadership Coaching.

We cannot change this world, or the way we work within it, on our own. Luckily, you don’t have to. If you need a champion that will support you through your DIME leadership journey, consider our coaching option. Receive targeted professional development designed to help you unlearn toxic leadership strategies and create the collaborative, inclusive workspace we all need. Let’s become the leaders of tomorrow by leaving behind the oppressive practices of yesterday.

Empowerment Coaching.

Empowerment coaching focused on helping an individual overcome personal DEI obstacles such as imposter syndrome, white supremacist culture, and other internalized practices that keep us from advocating for the careers where we can actually live out our ancestors' wildest dreams. Together we focus on you, your professional development, and the steps you can take to have a more fulfilling and liberated work experience.

DIME Systems Audit.

The systemic nature of oppression in our society requires a systemic solution. Have you taken a good look at your systems to see if they equitize access and opportunity for your team? If not, there’s chance that despite individual good intentions, your organization’s systems are doing more to uphold unhealthy work practices than to dismantle them. Consider a systems audit to review and redesign your processes to maximize equity and inclusion. Examples of systems that can be audited include promotions and hiring, professional development opportunities, work distribution, meeting/collaboration norms.
